Bubble tea drink (aka boboa tea, pearl tea, pearl drink, tapioca drink) is a popular fruit smoothie drink mixed in with tea and chewy tapioca balls and drink through a big straw (like the straws you get a Panera Bread).  Bubble tea can be found in some Asian restaurants such as Thai and Vietnamese, and tea houses, for approximately $3 a cup.

You got it-- another culinary experiment.  This swampy looking dip sort of looks like goo taken right out of the forest, (giving credit to cream cheese), but it makes a really tasty dip for nachos, and I ended up having a little party.

This semi-melted mess looks like roaches on cake but they are actually a limited edition raspberry swirled chocolate chips by Nestle that came out 2007ish.   Delicious chocolate goodness tastes great in cheese cake.  My brave friends taste tested this and liked it.

This is actually one of the few experiments gone terribly wrong.  This frozen mocha looks delicious, but tastes pretty funky (in a bad way), which leads me to a good question--how do I un-nastify this?
