The other day friends came over to my apartment for sushi and movie. A friend is vegan so we made some vegan friendly sushi. We ended up skipping the movie part and spent most our time experimenting with different flavored sushi rolls, maki style, off of my personal "bizarro" sushi recipe. I used sweet rice, regular rice, and provided avocados, cucumbers, cooked pineapples and yes, crushed rice krispies. They ended up coming up with their own style! |

Another one of my "bizarre food" creation, which I don't recall ever seeing it as a flavor for fries at restaurants-- Roasted Minced Onion Gravy Cheese Fries. Another quick and easy recipe. |

Found another bizarre food experiment that I created for the 1st time. Experimental caramelized rum custard dessert that tastes similar to flan or creme brulee. Doesn't look too bad. I didn't know what I was doing, but it came out pretty tasty. The following is the informal recipe. |

Another "bizarre food." My mom bought me these Gluten Free Seaweed Rice crackers one day made by Asian Gourmet brand. This was interesting and different from the ones I'm used to. I think these crackers are made in U.S. |

Don't judge us for eating what's already inside a pregnant fish. Eating fish embryo is no different than eating fish eggs that you eat at a sushi/Japanese restaurant or maybe caviar, except that it looks different (more like an embryo) and tastes different. |

Another recipe to one of my bizarre food experiments but really tasty.. what I call Honey Drizzle Glazed Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes. For some reason I came up with a different way to add natural flavor and the dairy part to a pancake, instead of just milk. |

Little do people know the benefits of chicken cartilage. That is why chicken soup has healing properties good for curing colds. Chicken soup is boiled chicken bones, which the nutrients and juice enriched from cartilage to become a soup. Cartilage itself is a good source of calcium. Yes I eat bizarre and weird foods including chicken cartilage right off of the joints of the drumsticks. |

Another food experiment I made that actually came out decent looking and of course tasty. Baked pasta with melted cheese, topped with seasoned breadcrumb crust on juicy chicken breast. You can try this easy recipe and your taste buds will be pleased. |

This bizarre looking purple speckled semi-transparent chips are actually really really tasty if you're into REALLY crunchy healthy chips. Think of it like a thick hard version of rice paper that tastes like chips and taro. |

I came across some Ice Cream flavored "sugar free" candies the other week. I had no idea that such flavors existed in sugar free. I'm not diabetic, but I started having small cavities about a year ago, and others who come to me for their sweet source are trying to tone down on the sugar, so I figured I'd try this out. |
