 Turkey Jerky

Something about the name "Turkey Jerky" amuses me and interestingly enough, it's 98% fat free.  (Sorry about the pic quality of my old cell phone).

A few years ago, when I saw this snack for the 1st, I couldn't help but crack up. I HAD to try this. I'm not a fan of Turkey at all, but this actually tastes really good.  Perhaps the jerky texture (and maybe all the salt) made a difference. It is different than Beef Jerky.. it has a smoother texture, and different taste that is hard to describe, but similar in a way that you know it's jerkied.  It's like a dehydrated turkey that was salted (like if smoked salmon was dehydrated, except tastes like a turkey).
