Ok, so this looks like puke on cake, but when I brought it to a grad party, people devoured the beast... and liked it too!

Same thing at a picnic with a different group of people.  It's another one of my treats that look nasty but tastes pretty good.

It's actually simple, yellow cake and pecan coconut frosting.  Follow the directions on the box for cake mix then after baking, let cool.  Take the cake out of the pan, (unless you don't mind the mess), slap on the frosting and you're done!  It turns out to be a lightly sweet pecan-coconut taste with real coconut shreds.
