![]() Another recipe to one of my bizarre food experiments but really tasty.. what I call Honey Drizzle Glazed Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes. For some reason I came up with a different way to add natural flavor and the dairy part to a pancake, instead of just milk.
I normally don't like pancakes or at least the boxed powdered stuff. This is from scratch and the 1st time I made pancakes several months ago (outside from foods glass ages ago). It came out really tasty and filled me up for breakfast. It tastes very different from a regular pancake with more flavor and lesser on the doughy side. I don't remember the exact proportions of ingredients, but you can experiment yourself to see what works. Mine resulted in a really firm pancake, so I'll increase the liquid portions I suggest. Mix 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, a cup of blueberry yogurt, a cup of water, 1 egg. Make sure it's a liquidy mixture. Cook on a stove top with a small pan by pouring a medium thickness layer. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
