I was in the middle of preparing a smoothie (strawberry avocado smoothie, if I recall correctly), when I came across a REALLY bizarre looking strawberry which officially makes it on my bizarre foods list.

It was the size of two large strawberries, mutated, combined, and looking like siamese strawberries, if that's what it would be technically called.  Regardless, the vibrant redness that you see does reflect the ripeness of the strawberries and sweetness of the taste.  It was just as yummy as any strawberry!
