If you scored 0-5: He seems like a real jerk that's not interested in you at all! My advice is not to waste your time on him. It's not worth dreaming about someone like him.
If you scored 6-10: He may like you or like you not. It's hard to tell. If he likes you, he could be hiding it real well. Or he feels neutral. And if he's not interested in you, he's kind enough not to be a jerk and say it. Just see if there's any signals that tell you he may like you.
If you scored 11-15: He seems really nice to you. There is a big chance he likes you and wouldn't mind going out with you. Go for him! He's such a sweetie! Who knows what will happen? He may feel the same way. When you feel comfortable try to tell him how you feel. If he doesn't feel the way you do, he might later... unless he has a girlfriend. But if he's giving strong signal that show that he definitely likes you and keeps on denying it, he may be hiding that he likes you -- or not. But there is a big chance he has some sort of feelings for you.
