Faking It
By Phuc
written on: Apr 28 2006

They're faking it,
thinking that
I'm taking it.
But they've
mistaken it
'cus I know
they're still
hatin' me.

So stop messing
with my mind

and start confessing.
I thought they
learned a lesson
but they keep
suppressing.

The false mask I'm creating
will mirror all theirs
as I'm awaiting
for truth that'll never come
'cus they'll be faking it.

Are they really reinstating me?
Our relationship
or perhaps baiting me?
Getting support from all their posse,
do they fear me negating them?

They can't even speak out alone.
Not even to my face,
Afraid to on their own.
Gotta get their peeps behind my back
and on the phone.

Stop making up,
all this crap about me
and tryin' to break it up,
between my friends and me
'cus they'll shake you up
to get a grip of reality.

My friends are better than you
and they don't give a crap
about what you say I do,
'cus you're full of crap
and they don't take sides too
or gang up and do this and that...

So quit faking it.
Don't be thinking that
I'm taking it,
because you're only
mistaking it,
'cus I know
you're still
hatin' me.

The false mask that you're creating
will mirror all your friends
as I'm awaiting
for truth that'll never come
'cus I'll also be faking it.
