Where is Queen Anne's Lace?
By Sarah Steele
submitted on: 2000

Beside the lakeside under trees,
By the waters edge resting with ease,
Moving and waving in the breeze.

White lace that hides in a grassy place,
Dancing in the wind with grace,
Is called Queen Anne's Lace.

Along highways up and down,
All dressed up in a lacy gown,
Like moonbeams through out the town.

And they make late summer bright,
Shining with their little light,
That comes before a cold winter's night.

Where is Queen Anne's
Lace?

Beside the lakeside under trees,
By the waters edge resting with ease,
Moving and waving in the breeze.

White lace that hides in a grassy place,
Dancing in the wind with grace,
Is called Queen Anne's Lace.

Along highways up and down,
All dressed up in a lacy gown,
Like moonbeams through out the town.

And they make late summer bright,
Shining with their little light,
That comes before a cold winter's night.
